2025 Riverside Transit Agency Non-Rider Survey
The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is conducting a community survey to help inform the development of its next 10-year Transit Plan called Our Vision Forward. As the region continues to grow, public transit must remain reliable, efficient and responsive to the region’s growing demands. We would appreciate your input on what is important to you and your thoughts on changes that could benefit the future of public transportation in western Riverside County. With your help, we can ensure our resources are used to develop the best possible transit system to meet the needs of those we serve. Even if you do not currently use RTA transit services, your opinion is extremely valuable to us.
We have partnered with ETC Institute for this project due to their experience in working with communities nationwide. ETC will compile the survey results and present the findings to RTA to improve our bus services. Your survey responses will be kept confidential and used for transportation planning purposes only.
The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
